Meet the Board
The L.A.S. Terra board consists of eight positions. The Chair, Secretary, and the Treasurer form what is known as the “Core Board.” They make sure that Terra works as an organisation, manage the main budget, and oversee all things Terra-related. Our five Assessors of the subgroups are responsible for most of our events each month. They each represent an archaeological region of the world. Together with their subgroup board, they are in charge of the most important thing: creating fun opportunities for our members to make friends and connect with other archaeology students!

Hey! I'm NyAnna (they/them), the chair of Terra for 2026-2027. I’m an archaeology masters student from the USA, and I also study art history in Leiden. For the past two years, I’ve been involved in Terra, first as a member of Situla and then as the secretary. This year, I’m super stoked to meet new students and make the faculty a welcoming space for everyone!

Hi! I’m James and I will be the your Secretary in the 2026-27 school year. I am a masters student from the USA who focuses on the archaeology of the Americas. Always feel free to reach out to me if you have any concerns or just want to talk! Look forward to seeing everyone in the new year!

Hi there! I am Alec (He/him). I am 18 years old and I will be your treasurer (or for the Dutch people: “Chef Centjes”) for this year! Besides living in Agora for my social science honours and minor I can usually be found somewhere in the office trying to keep Terra running without too many hiccups. Please feel free to come say hi when you can! Can’t wait to meet you!

Hoi, I’m Luc! I’m a 23 year old dutch BA3 student. I have always been really interested in the Mediterranean, classical archeology and especially the Byzantines. I hope to make this a fun and relaxed year and I’m always open for event suggestions.

Hi, I'm Rafaello (he/they), and I’m the acessor for Abya Yala, the Americas subgroup. I’m in my third year of the bachelor, and I was the treasurer for Reuvens last year. My job is to provide you with fun events based on the Americas, I'm very excited for everyone to enjoy them this year!

Hey hi hello, I'm Sinjo. I'm an 18 year old (soon to be 19) BA2 student here at the archaeology faculty. I'm running Nabu Na'id this year, which is the subgroup focused on the Near East.
